Abstract

This report is a summary of the outcomes of an indepth study to identify commercially attractive solutions to reducing overall electricity costs to users in North and North West Queensland.

The report was commissioned by Advance Cairns, Townsville Enterprise, MITEZ, Mackay Whitsundays Regional Development Corporation, Bowen Collinsville Enterprise and the Queensland Government.
